Take control of your development

Our Right To Manage (RTM) services provide a unique opportunity for leaseholders to take control of their properties and be part of their building’s day-to-day management.

All this is possible under The Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002, assuming certain conditions are fulfilled:

At least 50% of the flat owners within the block of flats must want to go through the RTM process.
At least two thirds of the flat owners within the block must have long leases (more than 21 years at the time of issue).
No more than 25% of the block may be used for non-residential use (excludes car parks and common areas connected with the flats).

If your block meets the above criteria, then it is most probable that you will be successful through a Right To Manage process.
